I stayed at the hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though they were a bit basic with only two small Twin beds. The service was excellent and the staff were brilliant, polite, and always helpful. The location was convenient, with access to two shopping malls and a variety of food options, despite needing renovation. The dining options were good with a variety of choices available. The facilities were decent, and I felt welcome and safe during my stay.

The room felt a bit old and worn out, and there was a funny smell that we discovered was due to beer bottles left under the bed by the previous guests. The service, although initially slow when I started in Russian, was good overall, and I slept well. The location was superb, just in front of the Europa shopping center and a short walk to the old town and Gedimono street. The dining experience was modest but okay, although the coffee was not that great.
